• Application: Refers to MEWE, the software provided by the Company.
• Company: Refers to AMTIC, D-16 Monal Park, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Content: Includes text, graphics, images, videos, messages, and other materials available or shared on the Service.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Any content submitted, uploaded, or shared by users within the Service.

4. User-Generated Content and Moderation

4.1 Ownership and Rights

• By submitting UGC, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary for operation of the Service.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Contains hate speech, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes violence, harassment, or abuse.
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on others' intellectual property.
• Contains spam, phishing attempts, or malware.

4.3 Content Moderation Policy

1. Reporting Mechanism: Users can report or flag objectionable or abusive content directly within the app.
2. Review and Action: We will review all reported content within 24 hours and may remove the content or suspend/terminate the responsible account.
3. Blocking Users: Users can block others who engage in abusive or harassing behavior.
4. Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive behavior and may permanently ban repeat offenders.
5. Content Filtering: We may employ automated or manual systems to detect and restrict objectionable material.

4.4 No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

By using MEWE, you agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. The Company reserves the right to remove such content at any time without notice.

5. Content Ownership

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and software used in the Service, is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not use or distribute Company Content without permission.
